Features
Removes oil-film and stain on glass surface.
Ideal for surface preparation before glass coating.
Direction
Wash glass and wipe dry
Shake the bottle well with the cap on and remove the plastic seal.
Polish onto glass until the surface stops repelling the liquid while the side of the bottle is pressed.
Wash and clean the glass
Precaution
Use only for designated purpose.
Protect from children.
Not to apply to plastic glasses, and also to the internal surface of glass.
If liquid gets on other surfaces, than glass, immediately wash away it water.
Don't apply means on heated glass or in very hot weather.
Don't leave means on a surface for long time.
Don't store under direct sunshine, in places with high or low temperature.

Cancellation
Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.

Criteria for Return/Exchange
You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:
When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
When product is used, destroyed or damaged
When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
Shipping Info
C.A.R.O.L.E accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2~4 business days from the time the order is placed. Priority and Express orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Priority and Express orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2~4 days.
Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time. C.A.R.O.L.E cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. - We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
